"Approval" is a higher bar that makes your guide eligible for our marketplace. Since we only feature the best-performing and highest-rated content, only a select number of approved guides will appear at once.

3. Powering the AI Assistant

Your customers can ask our AI questions about your plan. The AI uses the details you provide—exercises, effects, principles—to give helpful answers. Being thorough creates a better experience.

Core Details

Plan Title: A concise, memorable name (e.g., “8-Week Strength Primer”).

Description: Your storefront pitch in 2-4 sentences. Focus on outcomes and who it helps.

Price: A one-time USD amount (e.g., 0, 19, 99).

Images

Main Image: Your store cover. Use a clear, square image (min. 800x800px).

Detail Images: Up to five extras (e.g., progress photos, demo poses, meal examples).

Program & Routine

Day/Module Title: e.g., “Push A”, “Leg Day”, “Week 2: Conflict Scripts”.

Exercise/Sets/Reps: Fill every row for physical or mental exercises. Remove unused rows.
