Welcome. Your privacy is a top priority. This policy outlines the information we collect across all our services: the BreakupHelper AI Assessment, our e-commerce store, and the Blueprint Lifestyles creator marketplace.

1. Information We Collect and Why

We handle data differently depending on how you use our Service:

  • For Store and Blueprint Purchases: To fulfill orders, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and shipping address. This is used solely for processing your order and communicating with you about it. We do not store your payment information (e.g., credit card details), which is handled securely by our third-party payment processors.
  • For Blueprint Lifestyles Creators: To operate our creator marketplace, we collect account information including your name, contact information, and payment details for payouts. Sensitive payment information is managed directly by our secure third-party payment partners (e.g., Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.
  • For our AI Assessment: The responses you provide to our "Is This Relationship Right for Me?" AI Assessment are processed in real-time and are never saved, stored, or retained on our servers. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from the assessment.
  • Limited Usage Data (Non-Personal): We may process anonymous, non-identifiable information about how you access and use the website for analytical purposes (e.g., page visits, browser type). This data cannot be linked back to you personally and is used purely to improve our Service.

1A. Third-Party Services & Analytics

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform. These services have their own privacy policies and handle data on our behalf for specific, necessary functions:

  • Payment Processing (Stripe): We do not directly store your credit card details. When you make a purchase, your payment information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor, Stripe, which is PCI-compliant. We recommend you review Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Website Analytics (Google Analytics): To understand how our Service is used and to improve it, we use Google Analytics. This service collects anonymous, non-identifiable usage data, such as browser type, device information, country of origin, and pages visited. This data cannot be used to identify you personally. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for or directed at individuals under the age of 16. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

2. How Your Information Is Processed

Your information is processed for the following purposes:

  • To process transactions for goods and digital content you purchase.
  • To manage Creator accounts and process creator payouts.
  • To facilitate the real-time, anonymous generation of your AI analysis.
  • To improve our website functionality and user experience.

2A. Legal Basis for Processing (For EU Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we collect and process your personal data only where we have legal bases to do so under applicable EU laws. These include:

  • Your consent (e.g., for cookies and communications)
  • To fulfill a contract (e.g., when you make a purchase)
  • Compliance with a legal obligation
  • Our legitimate interests (e.g., improving service functionality and preventing fraud)

3. Information Sharing with Creators

When you purchase a Blueprint, we do not share any personal or payment information with Creators.

4. Data Security and Confidentiality

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Information related to store orders and Creator accounts is stored on secure servers. All sensitive payment information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners.

For our AI Assessment, the strongest security measure is our policy of no storage. Since we do not save any of your input, there is no personal assessment data on our servers to be compromised.

5. AI and Data Handling

Our AI models process the data you provide in your assessment on the fly and temporarily within your browser session. This automated process is used solely for providing you with the personalized service for that specific session. This ephemeral data is never used for unrelated purposes or stored in any manner.

6. Cookies

Our website may use "cookies" for essential website functionality (e.g., managing your shopping cart, Creator session, and assessment session). You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, but note that some parts of the site may not function properly.

7. Your Data Rights (GDPR)

You have rights concerning your data. For personal information related to purchases or a Creator account, you have the right to:

  • The right to access – You can request copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification – You can request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
