The BreakupHelper Service

We provide AI-powered tools, assessments, and content to help users navigate relationship challenges, as well as an e-commerce store for related products. This guidance is informational and not a substitute for professional advice. As part of this service, we may also provide links to external community discussions on platforms like Reddit, when relevant to your assessment. Additionally, certain Blueprint detail pages feature an AI-powered chatbot to answer questions about that specific plan.

The Blueprint Lifestyles Marketplace

We also operate a marketplace that allows experts in wellness, personal development, and fitness ("Creators") to sell their personal lifestyle systems ("Blueprints") to users ("Users"). These Blueprints may include, but are not limited to, guides for physical fitness, nutritional planning, mental wellness practices, and relationship frameworks. This service is founded on the principle of sharing authentic, holistic approaches to well-being.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, please contact emergency services immediately or reach out to a licensed mental health provider in your area. Our Service is not equipped to handle emergencies or provide crisis intervention.

The AI-powered assessment and any guidance provided by BreakupHelper are for informational and self-help purposes only. They are not a substitute for, nor should they be taken as, professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult with a qualified professional for any personal concerns or before making any significant life decisions.

Important: If our AI identifies potential signs of abuse or danger in your assessment answers, our service will explicitly prioritize your safety. In such cases, general relationship analysis and external community links (like Reddit) will be withheld, and you will be directed to immediate, critical safety resources and professional support hotlines. This is for your protection and does not constitute professional diagnosis or intervention.

Content provided through the Blueprint Lifestyles marketplace is also for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

4. User Information, Purchases, and Accounts

Information for Purchases

To purchase products from the BreakupHelper store or Blueprints from the Blueprint Lifestyles marketplace, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Our use of this information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Terms for Blueprint Lifestyles Creators

Creators who wish to sell Blueprints on our marketplace must submit an application and agree to a separate, more detailed Creator Agreement. Key terms include:

  • Mandatory Content Review: All submitted Blueprints are subject to a mandatory review by our team to ensure they meet our high standards for safety, authenticity, and quality. We reserve the right to reject any content that does not meet these standards.
  • Commission & Payouts: We retain a 5% commission on all sales of your Blueprint. Payouts are made to Creators on a monthly basis. To ensure customer satisfaction and handle any potential disputes, funds from sales are held for a review period before being included in your monthly payout.
  • Ownership: By submitting content, you grant us a license to market and sell your Blueprint, as detailed in the Creator Agreement. You retain full ownership of your intellectual property.

Terms for Blueprint Lifestyles Users

When you purchase a Blueprint, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license for lifetime access to that content, including future updates from the Creator. You agree not to resell or redistribute the content. We do not guarantee specific results from any Blueprint.

4A. Data Privacy and Compliance

We are committed to protecting your privacy and adhering to relevant privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

  • Minimal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or retain any personally identifiable information from your use of our AI assessment tools.
  • Voluntary Purchases & Accounts: If you choose to make a purchase or become a Creator, certain information (such as name, email, and payment details) may be processed securely by third-party services to fulfill the transaction.
  • No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
  • Children’s Data: Our services are not intended for users under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
  • International Access: By using the Service, you understand that any data you provide may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (logos, text, features) are the exclusive property of BreakupHelper. Additionally:

  • BreakupHelper AI Assessment: You retain full ownership of any text you input into the AI Assessment. We do not store or claim any rights to this input.
  • Blueprint Lifestyles Content: Creators retain full ownership of their Blueprints. They grant us a license to host and sell them as described above.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The guidance provided by the BreakupHelper AI and the Blueprints sold on the marketplace are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified therapist, counselor, legal professional, or medical doctor. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

6A. AI-Generated Content and User Responsibility

Parts of the Service, including the AI Assessment and the AI Chatbot on Blueprint detail pages, provide suggestions, messages, or insights generated by artificial intelligence (AI). These outputs are automated, not reviewed by human professionals, and may contain errors, inaccuracies, bias, or unintended content.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is intended to assist you with general understanding of the Blueprint content or relationship dynamics.
  • You should not rely on AI-generated responses as a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, psychological, nutritional, or fitness counsel. Always consult with a qualified professional for personalized advice.
  • It is your responsibility to critically evaluate and make your own decisions based on any content received through the Service, including AI-generated outputs.
  • The AI Chatbot's responses are limited to information within the specific Blueprint it's associated with and general knowledge. It cannot offer personalized health, fitness, or medical advice tailored to your individual circumstances.

6B. External Links and Third-Party Content (Including Reddit)

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including, but not limited to, Reddit.com. These links are provided solely for your convenience and to offer supplementary information or access to community discussions related to your assessment.

You understand and agree that:

  • BreakupHelper has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services, including Reddit.
  • When our AI generates search terms for Reddit, only anonymous, non-identifiable search queries are sent to Reddit's public API. Your personal assessment answers are not shared with Reddit.
  • Once you click on a link to an external site like Reddit, you are no longer on BreakupHelper's service and are subject to that site's own terms of use and privacy policy. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party website or service that you visit.
  • BreakupHelper does not monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content (including posts, comments, or advice) found on external sites like Reddit. Any information or opinions expressed on Reddit or other third-party platforms are those of the individual users and not of BreakupHelper.
  • Your reliance on any information or content obtained from third-party sites accessed via our links is solely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BreakupHelper, nor its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or any content or products obtained through it.
