$150. This includes the initial consultation, breakup or breakup crafting, and the follow-up appointment. 

We work together through a “trauma dumping” session in which you list your grievances. We formulate a plan on how, when, and where you are going to breakup.  We also practice what you are going to say and how you’re going to say it.

If we conducted the breakup, then it’s confirming with you that the breakup has been completed. If the other person has a message or request to pass along, we act as a one-time intermediary between you and the person you broke up with. 

If you chose to do the breakup yourself, the follow-up session acts as an accountability session to insure you’ve followed through. This can be helpful if you‘re breaking up with a gaslighting partner and you feel you might get lost in the fog.
